to all the men who fought a good fight

for the men who stood against all the odds of fate.

this is an ode for you.

to all the men who stood beside to the damsel he really loved

yet never been loved returned.

to all the men who fought a good fight yet been buried down

to the pits of the seventh hell.

to all the men who never told what feelings should be told

yet proven enough what one was meant.

i raise my hand to you oh fellow men.

who showed what how love needs to be.

yet all things was not meant for you

for your lady love was blinded by this fateful day.

the roses, the magic, this romantic night. everything

is proven in the 14th of the second month.

is it enough for the gifts to be told on how much you are adored?

is it only needed to be shown on a single occasion where everyone is like being told?

we men know this very much, that we treat our lady like everyday is valentine.

but too bad good things are taken for granted,

because in her eyes, you are just a friend.
